2016 AGM Results
Kuwait, 29 May 2016: Kuwait Energy plc held its 2016 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Sunday 29
May 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Kuwait time at the Symphony Style Hotel, Salmiya, Kuwait, and announces that
all resolutions proposed were approved. Voting on all resolutions was on a show of hands.
The full text of the AGM resolutions was set out in the Notice of the 2016 AGM circulated to
shareholders on 29 April 2016, a copy of which is available on the Kuwait Energy website.
