1. No bonuses were awarded for the year 2015.
2. The CFO was awarded an EVCA of US$40,000 (approved by RemCo in September 2014) for his exceptional contribution to the success of the
High Yield Bond.
3. Sir Steve Robson, Abby Badwi and Mohammad Hussain were appointed as Independent Non-Executive Directors on 25 September 2015 and
hence their total remuneration for the year was paid on pro-rata basis.
